Fees

Pre-Conference and Conference Fees are separate. There are four categories of fees; Member Early Bird Rate, Member Standard Rate, Student Rate and Non-Member Rate. Note Students need verification from their study provider and have completed a minimum of NZQA Level 4. Non-members need verification of their qualification or professional membership. Should you wish to attend just one day of the conference please email us to confirm your registration.

Admission

Admission of delegates to all sessions, lunches, morning and afternoon teas is by conference registration only. Delegates are requested to wear their name badges at all times. Name tags will also be required for lunch selections.

AGM

The AGM will take place Saturday afternoon from 4.30pm. Attendance provides additional CPD hours. The amount of CPD hours earned depends on the duration of the meeting, for example a 2 hour meeting means you can claim and log 2 CPD hours. Most AGMs are 1.5 - 2 hours long. Please indicate in your Registration Form if you plan to attend.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 5pm Friday 30th August 2019 - registration refunded less $50 administration fee. After 5pm Friday 30th August - no refund however a named substitute may be accepted upon request.

Social Event

There will be drinks and nibbles provided for an hour or so from 6pm to give the opportunity for those to catch up with colleagues, network and debrief after the first full day of conference. This is also a great opportunity to make dinner arrangements with colleagues old and new for the evening.

Meals

Please advise with your registration of any special requirements if you require a vegetarian (V), dairy free (DF), gluten free (GF) or another dietary requirement. The Menu for the 2 days will be as follows -

Chicken or Ham & Salad wrap or sandwich, noodle box salad, piece of fruit and piece of sweet slice. Morning and afternoon tea will be a savoury or sweet option.

If you wish bring along a water bottle and/or reusable hot drink cup to save on waste.
