Annual Subscriptions

Annual membership subscriptions expire on 31 March. Renewals and payments are due on 1st April annually.

Annual Subscription Cancellation Policy
The membership period shall be for a 12-month period. You may cancel any time by emailing: admin@massagenewzealand.org.nz. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
- Delivery times and methods
Annual membership subscription renewals will be automatically invoiced and emailed from the website to existing members prior to renewal time. Annual membership certificates will be posted after the renewals have been processed.
New members will be able to complete a membership application form online. Payment of the application fee will need to be received prior to processing of the membership application. A membership certificate will be posted after the application has been processed.
Conference

Registrations and payments must be received six (6) weeks prior to start of conference.

Conference Cancellation Policy
For cancellations six weeks prior to first day of Conference - the registration fee less a $55 administration fee will be refunded. Refund will be transferred by internet banking to a nominated bank account.
For cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to first day of Conference - no refund but a named substitute can be accepted.
To cancel your registration, you must inform us in writing by emailing: admin@massagenewzealand.org.nz
Advertising
- Terms & Conditions
Online booking form must be completed and payment must be received at least 5 working days before advertisement is to be placed. To be able to apply for the 15% membership discount you must be a fully paid up current member. We check membership status before publishing any advertising. The time to process the advert may vary depending on the nature of the advert. For example, if the advert is related to a training course or workshop then we may need to refer the application to the MANZ Education Officer and/or Executive Committee for discussion before approving the advert. This may cause a delay in processing. Once the advert has been approved and payment received then the advert can be published.

Delivery times and methods
Advertising for the following publications, including a combination of these:
a. Website
b. Email
c. Facebook
d. Magazine
Advertising for magazine: Advertisement will be placed in next issue of magazine after receipt of booking form and payment.
Cancellation Policy: There is an admin cancellation fee of $40 per advertisement type. For example, if you book a package deal and cancel part way through then we can issue a partial refund for unused advertisement and will subtract the cancellation fee from your refund.
Ordering pamphlets and MANZ resources

Online order forms must be completed and payment must be received prior to resources being sent. Please allow at least 5 working days for your order to be processed. We will notify you prior to sending your order in the post.
- Delivery times and methods
Allow at least 5 working days after receipt of online order form and payment for the resources to be mailed in the post to you. We will notify you prior to sending.
